Call for Talks & Abstracts 2026
The Talk & Abstract submission process is your opportunity to share fresh insights and new findings that will help shape Europe’s biochar sector.
For 2026, submissions will be accepted under two program tracks:
Scientific Abstracts and Industry Talks.
Scientific Abstracts:
Researchers and technical practitioners are invited to submit their latest findings through this track. Scientific abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee.
Industry Talks:
Industry actors are invited to submit their sector insights and perspectives here. No, this is not the time for corporate pitches. Industry Talks will be reviewed by the Industry Review Committee.
Selection Criteria
Reviewers will assess clarity, quality, novelty, relevance, and potential impact. Alignment with the Summit’s themes will influence selection for presentation slots.
Keep your audience in mind, be engaging, concise, and make us excited to hear more.
Program Offerings
Stage Presentation slots will be 12 – 15 minutes. Accepted presentations will receive a speaker ticket at the reduced rate of €350.
Poster Presentations 3-5 minutes during a guided poster presentation tour. Accepted posters will receive a poster ticket at the reduced rate of €650.
