Call for Talks & Abstracts 2027
Abstract submission for Biochar Summit 2027 opens on 23 November, 2026!
For 2027, submissions are accepted under two programme tracks: Scientific Abstracts and Industry Talks, each with its own submission requirements, evaluation criteria and review committee.
Submission results will be communicated in March 2027.
Scientific Abstracts:
Researchers and technical practitioners are invited to submit their latest findings through this track. Scientific abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee.
Industry Talks:
Industry actors are invited to submit their sector insights and perspectives here. No, this is not the time for corporate pitches. Industry Talks will be reviewed by the Industry Review Committee.
Selection Criteria
Reviewers will assess clarity, quality, novelty, relevance, and potential impact. Alignment with the Summit’s themes will influence selection for presentation slots.
Keep your audience in mind, be engaging, concise, and make us excited to hear more.
Program Offerings
Stage Presentation slots will be 12 – 15 minutes. Accepted presentations will receive a speaker ticket at the reduced rate of €350.
Poster Presentations 3-5 minutes during a guided poster presentation tour. Accepted posters will receive a poster ticket at the reduced rate of €650.
